Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They are commonly used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, or track behaviour across sites for advertising. We use them only for the first of those.
Essential cookies. Our staff area at /admin sets a session cookie so that whoever is signed in to edit the website stays signed in. It is set only after a successful sign-in and is of no relevance to visitors, who never receive it.
Google Ads conversion measurement. We advertise on Google in Canada, and to know whether those ads lead to calls and estimate requests, this site loads Google's conversion tag. If you arrive from one of our ads, Google may set cookies (such as _gcl_au) that let it match your visit to that ad click, and may show you a call forwarding number so calls from ads can be counted. This measures our own advertising only.
No analytics, ad networks or social trackers. This site runs no analytics property, no retargeting pixels and no social tracking scripts, and we do not sell or share visitor data.
Our contact page embeds a Google Maps frame showing the area we serve. That frame is loaded from Google's systems and may set its own cookies when it runs, under Google's own cookie and privacy policies. It appears only on the contact page.
The estimate form on that page is our own. What you type into it, and any photos you attach, are emailed straight to us and are not passed through a third-party form service.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because this site does not depend on cookies for anything a visitor does — browsing, reading prices, or sending an estimate request — blocking them will not stop the site working for you.
Our advertising runs only in Canada, where privacy law asks for transparency about cookies like these rather than a consent pop-up. This page is that transparency. If you would rather not be measured, blocking cookies for this site loses you nothing.
