Essential cookies. Our staff area at /admin sets a session cookie so that whoever is signed in to edit the website stays signed in. It is set only after a successful sign-in and is of no relevance to visitors, who never receive it.
No analytics at present. This site does not currently run any analytics or measurement script. If we add one later it will be a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool, and we will update this page.
No advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run ad networks, retargeting pixels or social tracking scripts.
Our contact page embeds a booking and request form provided by Jobber. That embed is loaded from Jobber's systems and may set its own cookies when it runs, under Jobber's own cookie and privacy policies. It appears only on the contact page.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because this site does not depend on cookies for anything a visitor does — browsing, reading prices, or sending an estimate request — blocking them will not stop the site working for you.
Canadian privacy law does not require a consent banner for cookies that are strictly necessary to run a website, and we do not set any others. Rather than show a pop-up that asks you to agree to nothing, we have written this page instead.
